The State of Solitaire: iOS Gaming in the US for Q1 2021

The first quarter of 2021 has been an interesting period for Solitaire games on the iOS platform in the United States. Sensor Tower's data provides us with a glimpse into the performance of the top 5 Solitaire games during this time.

Starting with Solitaire Grand Harvest, the game showed a significant spike in revenue during the last week of February, reaching nearly $930K. Downloads peaked in the same week with approximately 39K new users, while weekly active users saw their highest at over 88K in the week of February 22.

Scopely, Inc.'s Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks also experienced a notable week with revenues surpassing $710K in mid-March. The game maintained a steady download rate, with a peak of over 22K in early January, and weekly active users saw a high of over 106K in the second week of January.

The Solitaire Cruise Tripeaks Game by Samfinaco LLC had a remarkable end to the quarter, with revenue reaching over $300K in the last week of March. Downloads for the game dramatically increased to over 60K in the same period, and weekly active users almost doubled from the previous week, hitting a high of 96K.

Big Fish Games, Inc's Fairway Solitaire - Card Game saw its revenue peak at $77K in mid-March. Although the game had lower download numbers, with a modest peak of around 1.3K, it maintained a consistent base of weekly active users, hovering around the 10K mark throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Solitaire TriPeaks Journey by GHOST STUDIO Co., Limited had revenues peaking at over $54K in mid-March. Downloads remained consistent, with a slight peak of nearly 6.7K in mid-February, and weekly active users remained in the range of 42K to 45K for most of the quarter.
